You set out to run a card.
Not keep five tools talking.

With 9x12 Tools

One campaign.
All the pieces, together.

  1. Find the businesses. Keep the conversation moving.

Save your mail routes. We automatically find and rank local businesses. Outreach drafts, call notes and follow-ups stay with your leads — no separate scraper or CRM.

    Routes → ranked leads → follow-ups
  2. Turn a yes into a paid spot.

Your campaign website runs on your own domain. Advertisers reserve and pay for a specific spot. Checkout updates the card, with the buyer and payment attached.

Your website → checkout → spot sold
  3. Get the details. Get the proof approved.

Advertisers submit their business details through a private link. You prepare their ad; they approve it or request a change. Everything stays with the spot they bought.

Ad details → your proof → their approval

Your first card or your next one

One campaign, from first lead to paid spot.

Save your routes and the platform builds your prospect list automatically. Work the leads and follow-ups here, then keep each sale connected to your card.

Workflow illustrations below use sample businesses and figures.

Choose who gets it

Pick USPS EDDM routes by household count and demographics. Save your selection. The platform automatically starts finding local businesses to approach for that campaign.

Choose the homes. We find the leads.
Illustrative neighborhood and routes. Routes trace the neighborhood streets and homes along them are highlighted. Saving the selection automatically starts finding and ranking local business prospects.

Your lead list builds itself. Work it here.

Get local businesses ranked with contact details and a reason behind each grade. The list is ready to work in your campaign. Work your first 10 free: use a call script or email draft, log the outcome and track the follow-up. The queue brings you the next lead to work.

One conversation. Then the next.
Illustrative queue with sample businesses. The operator works Bluebonnet Roofing and logs an interested outcome with a follow-up. That row exits upward and Comfort Dental moves to the top. The operator logs a message, then the rows advance to Cool Air HVAC. Outcomes and follow-ups are saved, not deleted.

Build the card

Choose from five card formats, arrange the spots, and set your prices. Build both sides with bleed and safe zones handled, then preview the campaign before paying.

Make room for a bigger ad.
Illustrative spot layout and prices. You set your own. Four adjacent open spots are selected, merged into one larger ad space, then unmerged into four separate spots again. Other placements stay in place.

Publish and take payments

Subscribe and connect Stripe to publish your campaign. Advertisers reserve and pay for a specific spot. The card updates automatically, with the advertiser and payment attached to the placement. You can see who bought what without matching receipts.

The sale updates the card.
Illustrated checkout. Sample business and price. After the operator subscribes, connects Stripe and publishes, an advertiser reserves spot 4, pays through checkout, and the card marks that spot sold. The advertiser, payment and placement stay linked.

Free to build — including the list of who to call.

  • Create a campaign for any city
  • Design the card in all five formats
  • Pick real EDDM routes and see the household counts
  • Price every spot and preview the finished campaign site
  • Get a ranked list of businesses in your mail area, scored and explained

Choose a plan before you publish.

A plan starts when you switch on payments — which is also what unlocks the rest of the list, publishes the campaign so it can sell, and connects your own domain.

Nothing is taken away if you never subscribe. The campaign, the card and your first 10 leads stay yours to work — the site just cannot take an advertiser’s money until it is live.

or $970/year — 2 months free

Everything in Scale, at the founder price.

Unlimited campaigns selling at once

  • Publish campaigns with advertiser checkout and spot reservations
  • Full prospect list after Stripe setup, plus your own domain
  • Advertiser proof approvals and permanent ad pages
  • The price never moves for as long as the subscription stays active — lapse or cancel and the rate goes with it
  • Capped at 27 workspaces in total. After that it closes and Operator or Scale is the price

After the seats are gone

What the price becomes.

Same product, every feature. The only thing that changes is how many campaigns can be selling at once.

  • Operator

Up to 3 campaigns selling at once

    $149/month

  • Scale

    Unlimited campaigns selling at once

    $249/month

Neither can be started while founding seats remain. Both also come yearly at ten months' money.

Why is the founding plan capped at 27 workspaces?

Founding is capped at 27 because 27 seats is what lets me build this full time for the next stretch. That is the whole reason for the number. You get the Scale plan at the lowest price we will ever charge, locked for as long as you stay subscribed. I get to keep building this every day, and it gets built for the people sitting in those seats.

Create your free account first. A free account does not reserve a founding seat; choose the subscription when you are ready to publish.

Advertiser self-service

They buy the spot. They onboard themselves.

Let advertisers give you what belongs on their ad through a guided private link. Their details, payment and proof approval all stay with the spot.

Your advertisers. Your brand. Your domain.

Connect your domain on a paid plan. Your campaign pages, permanent advertiser pages and local directory live under your business’s name.

01

They fill in the details themselves

After payment, a private link walks them through their business, contact details, offer and notes. Their progress saves as they go. No account to create and no password to remember.

02

Their answers stay with their spot

The details they submit belong to the placement they bought, alongside their payment. You can see whose onboarding is complete and who still needs attention.

03

You prepare the ad. They approve it.

When your proof is ready, they review it in their private workspace and approve it or request a change. Their response is recorded against the same placement.

One login

Work your leads in the same place.

Calls, emails, visits and follow-ups stay with your campaign. You do not need a separate CRM to manage the prospect list we generate for you.

01

Help with the next conversation

AI-drafted outreach emails and call scripts give you a starting point for the specific business. Review the draft, make it yours, and reach out.

02

Follow-ups that have a place

Log calls, emails and visits against each lead. The queue puts due follow-ups ahead of new prospects, so an interested advertiser has a next step.

03

Your own domain and advertiser pages

A paid plan lets you connect your domain. Your campaign pages, permanent ads and local directory sit under your business’s name.

04

More than one card or city

Each campaign keeps its own routes, mail date, spots and payments. Your plan limits campaigns selling at the same time, with no per-city fee.

Keep the conversation moving.

hello [at] 9x12tools.com

Do I need a lead scraper or a separate CRM?

No. Save your mail routes and 9x12 Tools automatically finds, scores and ranks local businesses for your campaign. Work those leads here with contact details, outreach drafts, call outcomes and follow-ups. The queue shows who needs attention next, so there is no list to move between a scraper, spreadsheet and CRM. You still contact the businesses and sell the spots. Your first 10 leads are fully workable free; turning on payments unlocks the rest.

How is this different from a website with a payment link?

9x12 Tools includes your campaign website and real checkout, plus route-generated leads, outreach drafts, follow-ups, spot tracking, advertiser onboarding and proof approvals. Those pieces belong to the same campaign. Reservations update spot availability immediately; successful payments mark spots sold with the buyer and payment attached. Advertisers submit their own ad details through a private link, then review the proof you prepare. You do not have to connect separate tools or match an online payment to a spot by hand. Offline sales can still be recorded manually.

Will this help with my first card?

Yes. Create a campaign for your city, choose USPS mail routes, and the platform generates a ranked list of businesses to approach. Build and price the card, preview your campaign site, and work your first ten leads free. You still need to contact advertisers and sell the spots; a lead grade is a starting point, not a promise that a business will buy.

What does it cost to get started?

Nothing. You create an account, build the card, pick your routes and price your spots without entering a payment method. A plan only starts when you publish the campaign and turn on checkout — the point at which the site can actually take an advertiser's money.

What changes when I subscribe?

A plan lets you publish a selling campaign, connect your domain and offer advertiser checkout and reservations. Turning on payments through Stripe unlocks the full prospect list. Plans start at $97/month. The subscription does not include printing, postage or Stripe processing fees.

Where do the leads come from, and are they any good?

They come from Google Places, searched by category against the routes you selected — so they are the real businesses operating in the area your card mails to, not a bought list. Each one is scored on review count, rating, whether it has a website and a phone number, and whether that category historically buys community card spots. The grade is a percentile within your own campaign's pool rather than an absolute bar: an A means 'call this one before the others', and the reason is printed on the card so you can disagree with it. We also read each business's own website once to find a contact email and their social profiles.

I already have a site somewhere else. Can I move?

Yes, and you keep your domain — you point it at your new campaign site and it carries on working, so nothing you have printed or handed out goes dead.

What if I do not have a Stripe account?

Then one is created for you, and it is yours. Switching on payments hands you to Stripe's own onboarding, where you enter your business details and the bank account you want the money to land in. What comes out the other side is a full Stripe account in your name — not a sub-account of ours — with its own dashboard you can log into without us. If you already have a Stripe account, you connect that one instead and nothing about how you use it changes. You do not need to have taken a card payment before to run a card.

Do I have to use a particular printer?

No, and that is not going to change. You keep whatever printer you already use — the card builder exports a print-ready file with bleed and safe zones handled, and the USPS paperwork for your routes prints alongside it. We intend to offer print and mail from inside the product eventually, so a sold-out campaign can order its own run without re-entering anything. That is on the roadmap rather than in the product today, and it will be an option rather than a requirement.

Can I run more than one city?

Yes. Each campaign keeps its own routes, mail date, card and money, and they all report into one dashboard. How many can be selling at once is the only thing your plan decides — and there is never a per-city fee.

Can I cancel?

Any month, from your billing settings. Campaigns that already sold spots stay readable and your advertiser records stay exportable — cancelling stops new selling, it does not lock you out of your own history.
