I’m Dustin. I run community postcard campaigns under the SpotDrops name, and I build and support 9x12 Tools.
The original version put the website first. Working with operators taught me to focus on finding businesses, following up and collecting payments. That’s the work I’m building this to help with.

What can I do for free?
Build your card, choose USPS routes, set spot prices, preview and publish your campaign website. Your prospect list generates automatically, and you can work your first 50 leads free. No credit card required.
When do I need a paid plan?
When you’re ready to take payments, connect your own domain or access unlimited leads. A plan also unlocks advertiser checkout and reservations. Paid prospect discovery continues as you work. Connect Stripe to collect advertiser payments. Plans start at $97/month; printing, postage and Stripe processing fees are separate.
Can I bring a card I’m already selling?
Yes. Recreate your layout and record paid spots as Sold offline, including payments collected elsewhere. Advertisers keep their placements without being charged again and receive a private workspace link. Publish free. Choose a paid plan and connect Stripe to take payments for the remaining spots.
Does it sell the spots or mail the card for me?
You contact advertisers and make the sale. The platform finds prospects, drafts outreach and tracks follow-ups. You prepare the artwork, collect approvals here, then export for your own printer. Printing and mailing stay with the providers you choose.
