  • Not to engage in any illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities.
  • Not to misuse our services or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
  • To provide accurate and truthful information if requested.

2.4 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas, United States.

3. Subscriptions, the Founding Rate and Refunds

3.1 Building is free

Creating an account and building a campaign — the card, the mail routes, spot prices, the campaign preview and your first 50 leads — requires no payment method. A paid plan enables publishing, advertiser checkout, reservations and connecting your own domain. Paid prospect discovery continues in batches as you work, subject to available businesses. Collecting advertiser payments requires connecting your Stripe account.

3.2 Billing and cancellation

Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. A yearly plan is billed once for twelve months of service at the price of ten. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. After cancellation, campaigns that sold spots stay readable and your advertiser records stay exportable, and the campaign can no longer take new payments.

3.3 The founding rate

A limited number of Founding Operator subscriptions are offered at a reduced monthly or yearly price. That price is locked for as long as the subscription stays continuously active. If a founding subscription lapses or is cancelled, the founding rate ends with it, and any new subscription is at the price then current. Every paid founding activation counts toward the published cap, including customers moving from the previous version of the product.

3.4 No refunds

Because the product can be used almost entirely before any payment is taken, we do not offer refunds or a money-back guarantee. Payments already made are not refunded on cancellation, including the unused part of a yearly plan. Where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise, that law applies.

3.5 Advertiser payments

Payments your advertisers make run through your own Stripe account under Stripe’s own agreement with you. We take no percentage of them, never hold them, and are not a party to the sale between you and your advertiser. Refunds, chargebacks and disputes on those payments are between you, your advertiser and Stripe.

4. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Website means you accept any modifications.
