We use PostHog to record website and eligible app interactions to understand usability problems. Marketing replay preserves public page text, styling and images while masking form inputs and blocking private sections, editable content, the support chatbox and embedded frames. App replay masks page text and form inputs and blocks images and embedded media. We disable console and network-body recording. Marketing replay is anonymous; eligible app replay uses an internal account ID. PostHog replay honors browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

We use Crisp to provide the support chatbox. When the chatbox loads, Crisp may process technical information needed to operate and secure the service. If you start a conversation, Crisp processes the messages and any contact information you choose to provide so we can respond.
