Start with the area you plan to mail
Choose your city and USPS carrier routes. Household counts help you decide how many homes the card will reach. Choose a card format and set your spot prices; the campaign generates its website from those details.
Saving your routes also starts the prospect search. The platform finds local businesses and ranks them so you have a starting order for outreach. See how route-generated prospects work, including what the grades can and cannot tell you.
Make the call, then keep the next step with the lead
Review the business and its suggested outreach. You make the call or send the message. Log the outcome and set a follow-up when needed; the queue brings due follow-ups and unworked prospects back into view.
When a business is interested, share the campaign or its prospect pitch page. Spot prices and availability come from the campaign, so you do not have to maintain a separate price in a pasted payment link.
Connect the yes to the spot they bought
On a paid plan with selling enabled and Stripe connected, the advertiser can reserve a spot and pay. A reservation is a hold; a successful payment records the sale and updates the spot. The video shows that flow with a test payment.
Afterward, the advertiser follows a private link to provide business details and their offer. You prepare the artwork and send a proof for approval. Their details and approval stay attached to the placement.
The recording shows several settings and sample prices. For current subscription terms and the free/paid boundary, use the pricing page. Recurring drops remain a limited beta; printing and mailing are handled through your chosen provider. Your own domain carries your brand, with a 9x12 Tools footer.
Already selling this card? Bring it over
You can try the workflow with the card you are already selling. Recreate its layout, routes and prices, then record each paid placement as Sold offline. That includes payments taken by card through another tool. Those advertisers keep their spots without being charged again, and you can publish on a paid plan with Stripe connected to sell the remaining placements.
Follow the mid-campaign switching steps, including the advertiser confirmation, existing artwork and any links already printed on the card.
If this is your first card, use the cost calculator and selling guide to work through the budget and the conversations. The free account lets you try those decisions with your own campaign before subscribing.
Straight answers
Before you ask.
Still not covered? Ask directly and you will get a reply from a person who runs these campaigns.
Can I try it without paying?
Yes. Create a free account to build a campaign, choose routes, price spots, preview the campaign and work the free prospect allowance. Publishing, your own domain and advertiser checkout require a paid plan.
Is the sale in this video a real customer result?
No. The walkthrough uses sample campaigns and a test payment to show the workflow. It does not demonstrate operator income or guarantee that a business will buy.
Does the platform contact prospects or create the ads?
You review the businesses, contact prospects and prepare ad artwork. The platform provides ranked leads and outreach drafts, records your logged outcomes, and connects online sales, advertiser details and proof approvals to the card.
Try the workflow with your own city.
Build and price your card, choose routes and review local prospects free. Subscribe when you are ready to publish and take advertiser payments.
